Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II & III service to City of Taylorville for the prepare construction design, plans and documents for the Mine Subsidence Sanitary Sewer Replacement Alley between England & Rich Houston St. to Cheney St. project in Taylorville, IL. The Project consists of 4” Storm Sewer to 10” Storm Sewer with manholes, inlets, and roadway surface treatments. The total project length is 4,484 feet. G&B, Inc. completed the surveys and located property corners through the entire project corridor, completed plans and completed easement plats and negotiated the terms of all easements with the landowners. G&B, Inc. also downloaded all the survey information and created a project file that was used to complete phase II construction plans and special provisions.
