Location: Quincy, IL

Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided comprehensive Phase I & II engineering services for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Quincy, Illinois. Facing a significantly deteriorated parking facility, G&B was tasked with a full-scale "remove and replace" reconstruction. Our team conducted a detailed topographic survey and hydraulic analysis to establish a baseline for the site’s modernization. Utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D, we engineered a redesigned site configuration featuring integrated curb and gutter systems, advanced storm sewer infrastructure, and the installation of French drains to optimize drainage and long-term site durability.

One of our most asked questions from customers is none other than "What is a Plat of Survey?" Many contact us looking for a survey simply because they are planning to install a fence, or are simply curious where their property corners are located; however there are also times we are contacted due to an ongoing land dispute. In these cases "simply locating the property corners" isn't always enough, and that is where a Plat of Survey comes into play.
