10th Street Storm Sewer Construction

Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II & III service to City of Springfield for the prepare construction documents for the 10th Street Storm Sewer from
Ash Street to Bryan Mawr Blvd. The Project consists of 12” Storm Sewer to 72” Storm Sewer with an inverted siphon to cross below the existing 36” water main and 42” combined sewer lines. The total project length is 5,374 feet. G&B, Inc. completed the surveys and located property corners through the entire project corridor, completed plans and completed easement plats and negotiated the terms of all easements with the landowners. G&B, Inc. also downloaded all the survey information and created a project file that was used to complete phase II construction plans and special provisions. The plans included the lift station design utility.
