Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II & III service to City of Taylorville for the prepare construction design, plans and documents for the Northeastern Sanitary sewer project in Taylorville, IL. The Project consists of 15” Storm Sewer to 30” Storm Sewer with manholes and sanitary force mains. The total project length is 13,473 feet. G&B, Inc. completed the surveys and located property corners through the entire project corridor, completed plans and completed easement plats and negotiated the terms of all easements with the landowners. G&B, Inc. also downloaded all the survey information and created a project file that was used to complete phase II construction plans and special provisions. The plans included the lift station design utility coordination and surface restoration.
