Mekong Cafe

Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided site development services for Mekong Cafe in Springfield Illinois. The original Mekong Parking Lot was gravel and lacked ADA parking. Mekong contacted us to design a new paved parking lot, and to add handicap parking. Additional modifications were also required to bring the site up to the current city code and standards. G&B did a full topographic survey of the site, created a 3D model of the existing conditions, and preformed a hydraulic study on the site. The proposed site and conditions were modeled using Civil 3D, and presented to the city for approval before construction. G&B also provided the construction layout prior to building.
