PTB 128-14 (WO#8) Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II service to Illinois Department of Transportation performing survey, preparing plans and Bridge Condition Reports, Hydraulics study and preparing Preliminary Bridge Hydraulic report and Contract Documents. The project also included proposing alternative plans for the repairs and rehabilitation of the bridge after its inspection. The survey needs for the work order were to determine and document: Edge of water, flowline, and top of bank at 100’ increments, 1000’ upstream and downstream of existing structure. Full floodplain X-sections at right angle to floodplain just U.S. and D.S. of structure. Full floodplain X-sections at 500’ increments, 1000’ upstream and downstream of structure. Survey bridge opening U.S. and D.S. face and include piers. Opening of U.S. and D.S. bridges. Full roadway X-sections, 500’ each way. X-sections of side roads/private drives, 100’ from roadway. Corners of adjacent house or businesses .
