Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I & II engineering services to Strategic Lincoln LLC for structural retrofits of the Underground Parking Garage of Lincoln Tower Apartments in Springfield Illinois. The scope of work after the structural inspection of the parking garage included but not limited to:

Office Tower Repairs:

• Concrete crack repairs
• Partial and full depth repairs of precast concrete slab.
• Repair of spalled concrete columns and fiber wrap
• Removal and replacement of traffic bearing waterproofing membrane.
• Removal and replacement of expansion joint separating the office and apartment buildings.
• Repainting of parking stripes as previously present.

Apartment Tower Repairs:

• Topographic Survey of Existing Parking Lot
  
• Concrete crack repairs
• Partial and full depth repairs of concrete slab.
• Repair of deteriorated and spalled concrete joists, beams and columns including fiber wrap.
• Removal and replacement of traffic bearing waterproofing membrane.
• Repainting of parking stripes as previously present.
