Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided structural engineering services for Olde Towne Apartments.

The work consisted of structural inspections on three apartment buildings, and creating floor plans and a 3D Model of said buildings based off of visual inspections and as-built drawings. One building had been hit by a vehicle, while two others showed signs of water damage and damage to the foundations. Greene & Bradford produced and provided design drawings to the client for each building, and provided further assistance with the design of the steps leading up to one of the buildings -- which also needed replaced.
