Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II & III work of providing construction plans & specification, Construction guidance and inspection for the repair work of Sunset Lake Dam, Girard, Macoupin County, IL. Designing Repairs include major and minor cracks on slabs and walls, removal and replacement of expansion joints, full and partial depth concrete slab repairs and reviewing and approving contractor’s invoices. The project also included waterproofing spillway slabs, dewatering and pressure washing walls and slabs of Stilling Basin, and interior waterproofing for intake structure.
