Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II service to Illinois Department of Transportation performing survey, preparing plans and Bridge Condition Reports, Hydraulics study and preparing Preliminary Bridge Hydraulic report and Contract Documents. The project included proposing plans for the replacement of the Existing bridge SN 011-3398 with new PPC Deck Beam Bridge SN 011-3078.
