Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II service to Property 21, LLC for Bradfordton Road which is planned to connect Wabash Avenue at the southern end to Old Jacksonville Road in the North. This roadway is classified as an arterial 5 lane section. The first phase of the southern end is being designed and constructed with the Wabash Centre Subdivision and will consist of a 3-lane section with storm drain components. The western half of the roadway will be designed and constructed with the property along the eastern boundary of Section 10, Township 15N, Range 6E of the Third Principal Meridian. The First Phase will construct the southern 730 feet of the 3-lane roadway with the future phase of Wabash Centre installing the next 590 feet of the 3-lane section. The western boundary of the 20-acre parcel has 1 foot of fall in one quarter of a mile and therefore the drainage design was a challenge.
