Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II service to City of Springfield for the design to construct narrow road as a 3-lane arterial, Alternate designs for tight “S” turn at approach to IL 29, Profile studies and design, Preliminary storm sewer design with special consideration for outfalls, Prepare documentation for ITEP application for multi-use path, Capacity analyses (HCS 2010) for signalized intersection at IL Route 29 and Hilltop Road, Capacity analyses for non-signalized intersection at Hilltop Road and Rochester Road. The project also included aerial Imagery Mapping for the 73 Acres of area of the project.
