Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I, II service to City of Springfield for preparing construction documents for the South State Street Roadway Improvements. The Project began at Laurel Street and ended approximately 750 feet south of Laurel Street. The Project contained removal of the existing brick pavement and installation of new curb and gutter with the new pavement. Greene and Bradford, Inc. provided surveying and engineering services. G&B, Inc. completed the roadway survey and located property corners through the entire project corridor. G&B, Inc. also downloaded all the survey information and created a project file that was used to complete phase II construction plans and created the specifications that would be used during construction. G&B, Inc. also completed a Location Drainage Study and addressed all concerns issued by the local property owners. The Project contained removal of the existing brick pavement and installation of new curb and gutter with the new pavement.
